Sony celebrates 20 years of Play in North America
Today Sony celebrates 20 years since the launch of the PlayStation in North America. Sony really changed the video game industry in many ways, from their innovative symmetrical controller, to ushering in the era of disc based games over cartridges. It’s also hard to imagine a world without all the great franchises Sony brought to gamers over the last 20 years. I’m sure the video below will bring back many memories for console gamers.
Sony is celebrating their 20th Anniversary with a massive sale, with up to 70% off of 121 titles. There is something for almost every taste in that list, including some PS1 classics if you’re feeling nostalgic.
