“DreadOut” — Enjoy Some Creepy Act 1 Gameplay!

DreadOut is a pretty creepy horror game. In fact, it’s one of the few in quite a while to actually really creep me out with its atmosphere, occasional jump-scares, and the overall story, which is a bit unsettling. The prologue was creepy enough, but as the main story unfolds in Act 1, things go downhill really quickly as we begin to explore the abandoned town and school.

The game is really fun, and this video will give you an idea of what to expect from the main game itself (Acts 1 and 2). It leaves you wondering a lot of things, such as why there are so many ghosts and demonic presences in this town, why the people abandoned this town in the first place, and also, why we didn’t just get the heck out of there while we could. From what I’ve read (while trying not to spoil everything), it all comes together quite well at the end of Act 2, and so if this type of game interests you, I highly recommend checking it out on Steam to find out!
