Tokyo Ghoul depicts a world in which Ghouls live among us, the same as normal people in every way – except their craving for human flesh. Ken Kaneki is an ordinary college student until a violent encounter turns him into the first Human-Ghoul hybrid. Trapped between two worlds, he is forced to survive Ghoul turf wars, learn more about Ghoul society and master his new powers.

Manga creator and author, Sui Ishida, has pushed forward Tokyo Ghoul and several one-shots, keeping the series going since it began serialization in Weekly Young Jump in 2011. The anime has also been met with great success since its release in early 2015, further empowering the title to become one of the greats.

Tokyo Ghoul Illustrations: Zakki features artwork and behind the scenes notes, commentary and ruminations from series creator Sui Ishida. Delve into the creative process that brought Tokyo Ghoul to life in gloriously ghoulish full color. The art book will be available exclusively in hardcover print edition for $24.99US or $33.99CAN
